not be booked before they are provided with your permission. Under these circumstances we ask your Excellency kindly to grant such permission to the following parties:

Rev. and Mrs. Neubacher with a child and

Rev. Weinbrenner, who are Austrians.

Miss Schurr and Miss Wahl, Gernens.

Latter on:

Rev. and Mrs. Zwissler with a child

Rev. and Mrs. Zimmer with 2 children

Rev. and Mrs. Fritz with 3 children

Rev. Dr. Võmel and the Misses Hoseit and Schäf,

all Germans.

It is possible, that one or the other member of these parties may be prevented from going out. In case somebody else should be substituted by us we shall not fail to ask permission for

doing so.

In all these cases permission is only asked for landing at a British port in China and all our passengers shall

leave British territory as soon as possible and proceed to their Chinese stations. As the matter is rather urgent we shoul be exceedingly thankful to your Excellency for an early disposal of our petition.
